I’m Every Woman (IEW) is a 501 (c) 3 organization founded with two primary goals to educate and empower women and at-risk girls through mentoring, scholarship and resources that increase their sustainability, productivity and success.  IEW has grown to include health care education and services, and arts & entertainment in underserved communities.  We provide programs and services for women, girls and their families domestically and internationally.

About the Founder

Solombra Ingram founded IEW in 2007 specific to the needs and issues facing women and girls to assist them in becoming the best version of themselves.  She named the organization in homage to the multiple roles that she, her mother and grandmother held as moms—household managers, launderers, meal preparers, industry professionals, event organizers, homework tutors, community and civic volunteers, first aid medics, seamstresses, hair stylists, church and choir members, and the list goes.  Ingram is a former First Lady alongside her late husband Dr. Billy Ingram of Maranatha Community Church in Los Angeles, California during which time she volunteered with a number of non-profit and philanthropic organizations.  Prior to her tenure at Maranatha, she held multiple positions in the entertainment industry working with celebrities including Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds, Toni Braxton, Debbie Allen, Arsenio Hall, Bill Cosby, Gladys Knight, Sinbad, Flex Alexander and Shanice.  Ingram graduated from Spellman College with a bachelor’s degree in English and a minor in Media Communications.

Motivation comes from within — and I’m here to help you activate it.
